It’s sure to be a Happy New Year for the buyers of the gorgeous, unit 4007 at Biscayne Beach! According to the MLS, the only other 07 line resale to have closed in the building so far is unit 2307, which sold decorator ready (i.e. no floors, window treatments, light fixtures, or molding) at $1.255M, or $597 per square foot. Considering that 4007 is 17 floors higher and finished with beautiful flooring, I’d say this is quite a deal for the buyers. The stunning view from the 40th floor really opens up, as it clears many buildings to the South, including Bay House and The Crimson. As of the writing of this post, units 1907, 3007, and 3407 are all under listed as pending sale on the MLS, so it will be interesting to see at what prices they each sell. Units 907, 1607, 3207, 3807, and 3907 remain available for sale, with asking prices ranging from $1.299M to $1.78M.
